This park is part of the Township's extensive park system, which includes five parks, four public accesses, a boat launch, and over 38 miles of non-motorized pathways. Organized recreational programs are provided by the Northwest Ottawa Recreation Authority. Mercury Park itself covers 6.71 acres and features amenities such as a restroom, a softball field, a multi-purpose grass field, and a playground. Dogs are not permitted in this park. Visitors can reserve facilities such as shelters, baseball fields, softball fields, and soccer fields for exclusive use during varying blocks of time. The park reservation system is hosted through a collaboration with Ottawa County.
