Welcome to the Center for Advanced Studies and the Arts (CASA) located at 22180 Parklawn Street in Oak Park, Michigan. CASA is a unique consortium school serving students from Berkley, Clawson, Ferndale, Lamphere, Madison, Oak Park, and Pontiac school districts. We offer a variety of advanced placement courses, a dynamic visual arts curriculum, and a strong advanced dance program. Our school day is divided into three hours: A Hour from 12:15-1:10 pm, B Hour from 1:15-2:10 pm, and C Hour from 2:15-3:10 pm. CASA is now housed in the Oak Park NOVA building, conveniently located just south of Nine Mile Road and west of Coolidge Highway.

Our school is dedicated to providing students with a quality education that also focuses on social and emotional growth. Schalm Elementary, we understand the importance of ensuring the well-being of our students. That's why we offer forms for parents to provide authorization for their children to take prescription medication while at school. This ensures that students can receive the medication they need in a safe and responsible manner.
