"These people are wonderful!!!! I live in Northern Michigan and went into our local hospital on Saturday to have some blood tests that my cancer doctor - at the James Cancer Center in Columbus, Ohio - ordered for me to have done. They told me that they did not do lab work for outpatients on weekends or holidays and, that if I wanted lab work done then, I would need to go to the ER - obviously at a much higher rate. Otherwise, they told me to come in Tuesday (today) at 8:00 AM to sign up for an appointment later in the day, Plus, when I have had lab work done there in the past, I would have to wait 2+ hours before having my name called after registering. My wife was going to a convention in Muskegon beginning last evening, and I was serving as her driver. I went here - to the Trinity Health Medical Center Sherman Pavilion - just a while ago. I was checked in immediately - maybe a 5 minute wait - and was called back for the lab work within another 5 or 10 minutes. Start to finish, it took less than a half hour from the time I walked in until the lab blood draw was finished and I walked out. Everyone here was professional and competent, and I would especially like to complement Tamara Green at the lab registration. She greatly exceeded my expectations - partly based on the performance - or lack thereof - of my local Northern Michigan hospital."
