I nam truly grateful that I crossed her path because she is not only a therapist/clinician but she is human and her methods of dealing with traumas are phenomenal. I hate that it took me so long to get to here but I am here and have ZERO plans on leaving. She stuck with me."
"Registering my daughter for therapy here was one of the worst mistake of our lives. I requested recommendations for therapists who could investigate potential traumatic responses. Said she would speak to both me and my ex. Never heard back. A month later I had to call multiple days in a row to attempt to be told that such therapists don't exist and even if they did the transition would not be good for my daughter and did not seem very willing to even investigate the potential trigger. Update: received a phone call immediately in response to this review. I was told again a meeting would be set up for her next appointment and again was told I would receive a phone call back. It has now been a week with no phone calls and they are now ignoring the calls I try to place to them. This is absolutely atrocious and will be reported to BCHS as they seem to be planning to still see her without my legal consent."
"Things were fine but I was slowly squeezed out of the schedule. Could never have a consistent bi-weekly or weekly appt. Never got down to root if my mental health problems. Went for almost a year. Very disappointed in the end and added to my issues."
