"I was forced to use this place because of insurance. They misbilled me and I had to fight hard to get them to realize their mistake. The blood test went from being 2700 bucks to 0 all because they didn't do their job right. But I had to call them, insurance, and my doctor to get them to prove that they just didn't fill out the paperwork. My anger is that they would have forced me to pay 2700 for something and I could never afford it. I won't risk them screwing me over. It would bankrupt me."

"First time to this location. I went in as a walk in. Signed in. Nobody even said hello, are you scheduled or a walk-in… giving me no idea what my estimated wait time could be. Time went on and I had to leave. I could not find anyone to tell them I had to leave. I could not find a way to use the kiosk to remove me from the list. I saw one staff member come out to get a patient. I was looked up and down by staff, with an overly flat affect,she said nothing. I don’t know any way to describe their unpleasant experience.No greeting, nothing. I have never had such a rude experience at a Lab. I thought going here would possibly be quicker than signing in at Henry Ford? Nope."

"i witnessed the staff being extremely rude to all of the patients in the waiting room. the staff would gaslight clients if they did not have the correct paperwork / dr did not send the right paper work. when called back the staff were very short and many people with appointment times after mine were taken before me. will not be returning"

"Had a 9:20 appointment and still waiting at 10:15am. About 7 people still ahead of me and they say that this location is over an hour behind and they all have appointments as well. Another patron just said that his appointment was for 8:40 am and he had not been taken yet. Update: So looks like the wait will be 1 hour and 20 before being taken. Apparently they have one tech or today, but took a full appointment schedule and did not replace them. Not fair to patrons or staff. Ridiculous!"
