"We had a very old sliding glass door—not tempered glass—shatter at our cottage. We had huge shards of glass remaining in the door—a very dangerous situation with small grandkids around. They came out promptly, assessed the situation, made recommendations on what to replace the glass with, and were able to move us up on the install schedule. We were very pleased with the service and grateful for their professionalism."

"I took a 24 x 36 screen for my storm door in to them for new screen material to be installed. I requested that they use pet screening. When they called the next day to tell me it was done, they also told me that it cost $70.42. I complained that the price seemed very high and was told that the price of their screen material had gone up. I checked with a local hardware store and found that I could purchase the same material in a 36 x 84 piece for $19.99! They charged me $57.00 for a piece less than half that size. I should state that this was done by the new owners, Bruce's Glass. Needless to say, I won't be going back!"
