"Ups is normally my choice over other carriers because typically their service is much better. I’m not really sure what’s going on with this store specifically. Most of the staff are adequately polite, but they seem to not want to help past the bare minimum of their job and even then it’s hit and miss. They have notary services listed as a thing they offered, with appointment times available to reserve online each weekday until 5:30pm. We were in there a little before that asking to get things notarized and were told they only do it between 11-4 and it “would be the same times tomorrow” without us even asking about the next day. It was an odd interaction. The man was polite about it, but just weirdly unhelpful. If those are actually the hours, they need to be updated online since it still allows you to make appointments for notary services after 4. We’ve also had issues with many of our Amazon returns being dropped off at this store. They have a machine to scan them in without having to get in line, but it wasn’t working again this time. The last few times we’ve returned things going thru an actual customer service person at the counter, they haven’t made it back to Amazon. I’m sure that’s an Amazon mistake and not a UPS one, but hang on to your receipt!"

"went last week and nice young hot guy was patient and helpful. went again today to ship a concert ticket and this middle aged white lady named mandy was so rude and impatient and incredibly unhelpful. She made me feel like I am the scum of the earth for not writing the zip code, then made me walk away to write it down even tho it took less than a second. the place was empty too. Left crying."
"Good location for sending and receiving packages. Usually doesn't takes more than few minutes to get the job done . Except during the holiday season when it's quite busy. The Employees are pretty good as well and do their job properly. The packages so far have been delivered on time and we haven't had much to complain about. The store is Conveniently located in the same strip mall as Target with plenty of parking."
