I'm now paying $12 a month to wait 45 minutes for an empty cup. I've canceled my sip club membership and I suggest staying away from this restaurant until they figure it out."

"We haven't been to a Panera Bread since "before" (you know when), but man, was I SHOCKED at the bill being $72 for 4 people for lunch for a "fast food" sandwich. It will likely be another 3 years before we go again! That being said, the food was good, people were pleasant and the place was clean."
