"Went in there to do a QR return. I didn’t realize it was at USPS. Gentleman at the front desk was extra helpful by taping up my box and telling me where to go even though I was at the wrong place. "We received a personal letter in the mail from Store Manager Jim yesterday that explained the Printer we had ordered had been mislabeled and misdirected during delivery and the package ended up at this store. He took the time to examine the package and finally discovered our address information. He then sent a letter to inform us of the mix up and that we could retrieve our package at the Gull Road Store.
