"Ordered/paid in full, throttle trigger for MS170 Stihl chainsaw, ( they sell ). 2: weeks, no part, back ordered??? Every Real dealership has this part, in stock,. Having a dealer in Spring lake send me one, cheaper price also, I will never go in there again, worst service I have ever seen. Pathetic !!! That was all I needed to know, they are very $$$ and can't get a darn $7 part, these saws are made in USA - why wouldn't they call the distributor of parts, / get my part, it's 2023, I'm shocked that anyone would go there, every other dealer has the part, the young man at my new dealership, is sending it to me, free of postage, White lake nursery's failure to make a sale, is going to haunt them, I will picket that business !!! Don't go there, worst place ever, ( huge losers ) !!!!!! Beware!!!!!"
"Good selection of products for your lawn care needs. Semi helpful staff. They are knowledgeable about what they sell and service. Prices are a little higher since they are net as big as your big box store. They also have repair service available with pick up and drop off. Which is helpful."
