"If you are looking for neuropsych testing, please consider finding a different provider. A year ago I made an appointment for evaluation. I was dismayed that this office was scheduling appointments out a year ani advance, but hey, it's a pandemic, so decided to just do it anyway. A year comes and goes and a month before my appointment I get a message saying that my upcoming appointment in April has been cancelled. No explanation, no rescheduling, nothing. I contact the office via the portal and explain I'd been waiting a year. They offer to schedule me for the original date, but at an earlier time. I reply and say yes, I can make that appointment. They reply to tell me that appointment time is no longer available and, without consulting me, schedule me on a different day and time that I am unable to attend. I reply and say that doesn't work for me. They reply and suggest March 14th. Reader, the day this correspondence was going down was March 16th. I reply and point out that the date they offered had already passed. They reply and offer the original date at the earlier time (which they had previously offered to me but then said was unavailable) that I had already agreed on. Fine. A week later (mind you, it's still March) I get a call telling me that I missed my initial intake appointment. That's odd, no one told me about this appointment and I did not schedule any appointments with this office for March. I check the portal and my email and find no record of any appointment for that date. This is a completely unacceptable and ethically dubious way to interact with a potential or even an existing client, especially given the kind of services this office renders. Do not waste your time with this office."

"There are several factors to this review. First: Office staff, their responsiveness and helpfulness I would give zero stars. They obviously are in dire need of office staff who are organized and genuinely care about patient care. Because I as well as my spouse have called repeatedly for various reasons such as insurance or scheduling and it is like pulling teeth to get someone to call us back every single time. They text us instead of calling when we do hear from them or they call days or weeks later and are of little help. I run multiple offices and I’d be fired if I took care of our patients the way their office staff does. Secondly: Scheduling is a nightmare. In less than a year I moved through 3 different therapists. The first one who I liked was because our schedules weren’t compatible. The 2nd was because she was very close to breaking hipaa. Then my last I gave up on because it seemed like every few weeks they’d want me to change my schedule. It’s just not feasible to get help this way. Thirdly: My first therapist was nice but she didn’t offer any helpful coping tools or solutions. It was just talk therapy. Like I said about the second… she was unprofessional and close to violating patient information laws. My last therapist Dr. Mark seems to genuinely care about her patients when you’re one on one with her. But she’s scattered and unfocused and seems to have a difficult time multitasking or keeping her staff on task which makes the office staff less reliable at their job. I honestly just think she has too much going on. If the situation were different I’d have loved to stay on with her. But it became too much of a hassle so I’ve moved on. I also don’t like that the staff never checks in on patients they haven’t heard from. It’s therapy. People are going through traumatic and life changing events. You’d think you’d want to check on their well being if you haven’t heard from them. But like I said. Scattered, disorganized and lacking a passion for genuinely good patient based care."

"Absolutely wonderful! Dr. Erin Mark did evaluations for two of us in our family, and her and her staff were so approachable, kind, patient, and knowledgeable.... And encouraging! She was also very kind and flexible to help me figure out the best way to work with my insurance so it cost me the least. Absolutely recommend her to everyone! Great with kids and adults.
