Alpine Slopes Apartments

"The apartments are pretty nice. The pool never opened during my tenancy and I was never offered any kind of compensation. Paid full rent without the use of a major amenity. The leasing staff were very professional and helpful and kind. The maintenance staff were very helpful. The grounds were well kept and I Loved that they are dog friendly!"

"I've been living here a while now and honestly couldn't be happier. Staff is friendly and always attentive. They are always willing to help when I need it. The neighbors are also good people. They are never loud or disruptive. The dog owners take care of their dogs' droppings. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay."

"One month into staying at Alpine Slopes.. Leasing office staff are attentive and great! We originally signed a lease that included a washer and dryer in unit. a couple of months later, we were unfortunately informed that we would no longer be getting said washer and dryer so that was a HUGE bummer. Can’t complain about the $150 less in rent a month though! Other than that, everything has been wonderful so far!"

"I’ve been living here for almost three months now and I love it! My apartment is literally so cute. Everybody in the office seems friendly when you do need to talk to them and it’s a nice and quiet community to stay in. When it came to needing to fix a few things it didn’t even take a week for them to come in and fix it. I see someone making sure our building’s hallways stay cleaned quite often which is also nice. There’s great things they have offered here and I’m glad this is the place I chose!"

"Living here at Alpine for the past 5 mths has been nothing but a good experience! Nice location, quiet, property managers are kind and maintenance requests are done same day or not next day. Interior and Exterior of my apartment is very nice and spacious. Also if you have a furbaby it has a decent dog park, various places around complex that has doggy bags and disposals. As well as a nice walking environment."
