"Writing this review to specifically acknowledge the very friendly and helpful staff--- Mark and Patrick were a pleasure to meet. Our whole group appreciated their efforts and they really seemed to take pride in their work. Rooms are spacious and clean, common areas inviting and comfortable, breakfast was very good, location is a short walk to LMCU ballpark ---very convenient."

"Rooms were a little out dated but bed was comfy and clean. Staff was nice. We had no complaints except the handle on the toilet broke inside but we rigged it up to work but we told staff and they put it in for maintenance. But honestly over all except for that hiccup we really enjoyed our stay"

"Comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a good location are the highlights of this hotel. Their free breakfast is good, but unfortunately the facility is showing it's age with musty smells in the lobby and on room floors. Their gym equipment is also showing it's age with rust present."

"Edit: After speaking with the GM, he was very helpful in making our situation right. I still couldn’t stay here again but I really hope they can have an update to the hotel soon and take care of whatever the mold/mildew problem may be. The staff was friendly. No idea how anyone could give this place 5 stars. It’s gross. As soon as you walk in the lobby there’s an overwhelming smell of mildew and that carries right into the rooms. The carpets are stained, the light switches are dirty, the shower curtain is dirty, the curtains are broken and don’t close properly, the bathtub is old and stained and the worst thing was when I picked my pillow up the backside was filthy - likely makeup stains - which means they didn’t put on clean pillow cases and probably not clean sheets as there were hairs in the bed too. If you care about cleanliness, then you should not stay here."
