"Unfortunately my wife and I had a very bad experience with B. Franck. I had high hopes when I called about a heater issue in the beginning of November, as they are one of the few mobile repairs near where we live (full time in the trailer). They were able to send a tech out soon who spent plenty of time trying to diagnose the issue; couldn’t figure it out and originally said the propane regulator could not have been the issue but was going to ask his other techs and come back. He came back again soon after but I wasn’t able to be present. Was in and out quick and when we talked after he said he put in a new regulator and it was running fine. Seemed odd and the furnace was not working soon after. I was contacted to pay, and I did, but informed them that the issue was still present. By this time it had started snowing and they said they don’t send techs out in the snow. I called again for assistance but was met with no sympathy, just a ‘call back when the snow is gone’. $537.30, completely wasted. After almost 2 months of cold, we were able to find a great repair tech who came out and also struggled to find the solution but assured us it was not a regulator issue as the tests for the old and new regulator showed no change… Turns out it was the wiring from the furnace to the thermostat. I called B. Franck to let them know about the mistake and inconvenience and was told “thanks for letting us know” and a have a good day. Maybe I got a bad tech. Maybe I should have called every morning if I looked out the window and saw there was no snow. Maybe I shouldn’t have paid so soon. I don’t know. It doesn’t change that they did not care to right their wrongs."

"We needed a new Air Conditioner for our 5th Wheel. Initially dealt with another RV Mobil Repair Company and it was a total nightmare. Had to order unit ourselves and was told on a 2nd service call it was all the wrong equipment. WE GAVE UP on them and contacted B. Franck RV Services and THEY WERE WONDERFUL. Klarissa was SO HELPFUL and said SHE would have done all the legwork for us, order the unit and send her Technicians out to install. We told her we already had the new Air Conditioner and she confirmed from what we told her it would work. Technicians Brian and Mike came out on Friday July 14th 2023. Upon arrival they looked at our equipment and said it was perfect. They tore the old unit off installed the new unit in about 50 minutes and it is working perfectly. Brian, Mike and Klarissa provided Superior Customer Service and workmanship. PLEASE call them with any RV Repair Needs."
