"Not the most friendly staff by any means. It seemed like a quick in and out transaction. I didn’t feel like my dog was genuinely being cared for. We were told nothijg was wrong with her. We switched vets and there are numerous things they are now testing for that Thompson never even mentioned to us. We would have had no idea had we not switched vets."

Dr. Loeffler listened to and answered all of my endless questions and concerns and took the time to explain all of her X-rays and test results. I left feeling much better about my dogs health and couldn’t recommend Thomson more!"
