"They have canceled and rescheduled my last 3-4 appointments... when you call back to reschedule they won't answer your calls for a week... then reschedule you for weeks out...just to cancel again. Same excuse everytime they are having provider issues. They only have dentist on opposite days of what you schedule.. so you schedule on one of those days and they still cancel..horrible customer service! & who would want a dentist to work on their teeth that can't ever show up to their job? No thank you!"

"Office is so unprofessional!!!! Doctor is never available, some of the staff are super unprofessional as well. Ridiculous that this is even called an office, this is more of a excuse of an “office”. Smfh!! Only ones who seem to have it together are Angela, Jess, and Michelle. Great ladies who know their roles! 3 reasons why I gave a 3 star rating otherwise 0!!!!"

"My wife's initial appointment was scheduled for a specific time, but it was abruptly canceled just five minutes before the appointment due to the doctor's unavailability (the appointment was set for 10 a.m.). We rescheduled for Monday at 8 a.m., but when she arrived, she was informed once more that the doctor had canceled. This raises serious concerns about the organization and reliability of this operation."
