"We have been coming to this office for 5 years. Since then, they've moved to a larger facility because of their patient size. I have noticed that they can not keep up with the growth. They double book, the staff is overwhelmed and they are not as personal and focused on each individual. I am very dissatisfied. When I schedule an appointment, I still wait at least 45 minutes to be seen. I was absolutely through with them when I scheduled an appointment 1 month in advance and they decided to cancel my appointment because I missed their confirmation call the day before. This is a big inconvenience and unprofessional. I did not forget my son's appointment. I believe they are so overwhelmed with patients, they cancel without any consideration of your time, life and schedule. It is very unprofessional and careless. It is always something with this office. Once before, they booked someone else's child in place of my child. They didn't remember who made the appointment so they guessed. I will no longer drive out of my way to be treated unfairly. I have booked my son's next appointment at an office that is less than 5 minutes from our home. A facility that treat everyone with respect, Not a "payday". 2 stars only because they're clean."

"This was my son first vist here in the dentist assistant here is so rude. The dentist wasn’t rude the receptionist wasn’t rude just her. Like she feel as she can tell you well he wouldn’t get candy if you don’t buy it. People are here to get their kids teeth fix not to hear your opinion. I don’t want my son to come back here people who work with children should do better in I see what that other lady commented was about a rude person it her. I know it is her mouth isn’t right to work with the people let alone kids."
