"This place has really went to hell. Between the evil jobless weird residents,rude staff, the terrible plumbing,the gas leaks, horrible water pressure,dirty carpet, crime, the laundry service,vandalism of cars,gang activity,city inspection, and bed bugs in the building they refuse to treat properly..I'm done! This place needs owner intervention and a new property management organization! Harvest property has done a horrible job depleting the value of this property by millions not maintaining this property! I want out my lease now!"

"I recently renewed my lease for a 3rd time due to the fact this was the only available place to really look at the time. And let me just say over the 2ish years I’ve been here it has been something else. When receiving our keys to the mailbox, we asked where to find our mail box they told us they did know where it was and we had to go on a hunt to go find it ourselves. Pool is never opened on time and gets closed early during the the summer time because they don’t know how to properly keep it cleaned. They have people who come in to clean the hallways and laundry rooms but nothing in the building gets cleaned properly, there’s stains on the carpets in my building that has been there for a year now that has not been cleaned, whoever cleans the buildings smoked cigarettes and leaves the building smelling like cigarettes and I keep finding cigarette butts in the building left behind from them. There is zero communication from the leasing office and residents living here so we are constantly left clueless about things going on here that we deserve to know what is going on. The staff is always changing and some can be very rude. We’ve had some issues and had to make a maintenance request and had to make several reports on the same issue because no one would come by to look at our issue and by the time they finally did come too look at our issue they simply looked at it, didn’t even attempt to fix it, told us they were replacing the entire thing and waited over a month for it to be replaced for it to instantly fall apart again. As they were fixing it I could hear maintenance laughing and talking bad about my own home. Anyone in the leasing office will not answer the phone your best luck is to go to the leasing office and hope that someone is there or that the office is even open because they close for the rest of the day at weird hours. We have watched someone break into another apartment by bashing into another window and we called the cops and the office didn’t seem to care that it was a problem, have also called the cops about finding someone severely drunk passed out at the park and it was very clear they were there and the office could clearly see that person was there and what the situation was but didn’t seem to care, they watched the whole situation and walked back inside, I risked my own safety to make sure the whole situation was taken care of and make sure they were ok while waiting for police to show up. Just goes to show how much they care about their residents here."

"One of the worst experiences. Please avoid!! Plenty of places nearby by offer more options for cheaper as well. They are overpriced and rude. My partner who was the lease holder, we are both so happy that we got out after 1 year. Found a place about 1 mile away that offers so much more and it’s cheaper! AVOID club one!"

"I’m only leaving a star so I can leave a review, but truthfully this place deserves no star at all. Management is horrible. There office staff suck! They are rude and unprofessional. They are overpriced for the type of quality this place holds. Shutters missing from windows on apartment buildings. The ladies in the office have clearly never had proper training in customer service. Face to face or over the phone, they’re rude and snotty. If you can even get them to answer their phone. The fact that payment of rent is only with money order or cashiers check, you guys bank too much from this complex to not be up to date on technology and allow other methods of rent payment. The pool is only open during business hours. When moving in I was told I had to walk the complex to find my mailbox, that they don’t know where it is. Just a heads up- you know how they say bad management makes bad employees?? Bad owners make bad tenants!"

"I have lived here since 2019 – moved out 2022. When I 1st moved in, carpet was not cleaned, I vacuumed the carpet, it filled the vacuum. The dishwasher was not cleaned as well, had left-over food in the bottom of it. There were several instances where they messed up the accounting in 2021. There are a few buildings with the same building number and they got my perfect on time payment record mixed up with some else. Luckily I save every check I pay rent with. So I was able to give them proof quickly. They also went through my mail in 2020 to see if I had a pet; since I was getting packages from a pet store and they called me about what’s in my mail. Maintenance is poor; it can take many hours to days to have something repaired. Hallways are dirty and smell. Rent increases are crazy high! $100+ more each year. Lastly, even with an perfect on time rent payment record, if you give them less than a 45 day notice of moving out, they will take your security deposit. Had a quick conversation with the staff, and they did not budge. Speaking about staff, it seems like there is a constant rotation of new management taking over. In the few years I have lived here, its been well over 5 times of new staff takeing over. Well enjoy the free money your taking from me. You lost a perfect tenant who has never once missed a payment. I also see a lot of vacant apartments in this complex. So seems like a lot of people are leaving. I’m happy that I was able to find a new place that’s well under what this place is asking for. So I’m not going to say do not move here, just if you do, keep a perfect record of everything like I have. Every document, every payment, every conversation, save it!"
