"Sat in line in the drive thru line and half and a half for a DoorDash since they had the lobby closed. Finally was next in line and they yelled at the guy in front of me. Closed the doors on him and put something in the window between them and walked away."

"It's 4:30 in the afternoon and their doors are locked with employees inside. As a company owner myself it's quite the interesting business strategy to keep your customers outside of your location. While writing this review I've watched five people pull up in their vehicles unable to get inside. I can only imagine how much money this location has lost by locking their customers out. If this was my franchise and I made this decision watching my potential customers all driving away I would wonder what I'm doing, if I was this franchise owner and I found out my employees were doing this I would fire each one of them related to that do to it costing me hundreds if not thousands of dollars per day for driving away potential customers."

"I used to go to this Little Caesars all the time because the food was so good but it has fell off The sauce taste like tomato Pace with water. The one young lady that was handling both registers the drive-thru and walk-ins, she did a great job she have a very pleasant attitude considering the fact that they didn't have anything ready and I was more than a half an hour late for pickup and it still wasn't ready then thin crust pizza and some garlic wings it look more like they were boil with garlic sauce poured on top.... All-in-all I just will not be going back to this Little Caesars. They were rushing around like crazy. I wonder does the oven take one pizza at a time just wondering this is on a Wednesday.."

"Love that this has happened more then twice now. SINCE MARCH. Thank you guys so much, for now ruining over 6 pizzas this year for our family. Edit:just took my first bite. ITS THE WRONG PIZZA COMPLETELY. I ordered a pretzel pizza. They charged me for a pretzel pizza and gave me a plain Jane pep pizza. Edit 2: refuse to make it right, nor refund. Also refused to answer the phone 35 minutes before they closed. Their own reps at corporate didnt know what todo. Astonishing they’re still open."
