Jet's Pizza

"Read before you go‼️‼️‼️So we ordered online -they don’t have you pay online -you pay in store. My fiancè went to pick it up and I guess there was new person working. My fiancè says the young man did not greet him. There was another customer in the restaurant who ended up walking off while their order was being made….still did not greet him. Finally when my fiancè got his attention he charged him for the food which was 2 pizzas. The pizza was subpar and some of the topping were not cooked all the way. 2 hours later-a woman-who I discovered to be the “manager” calls and starts the call off with we didn’t pay for the food. He definitely was charged and got a receipt. I went back and forth with her about my fiancè paying…until I said well what do you want to do? She says we will just put you guys down as walk in only. Girl who said we were coming back? After being harassed like that 2 hours after an order i wouldn’t step foot in that place again. If you wanted to rectify the situation-you would have not harassed me and accused us of stealing. If your staff made some type of mistake; it’s your responsibility to fix it. I’ll be contacting corporate specifically about the woman who contact me. She is NOT management material. I’ll stick with the Livonia location"

"Horrible experience pizza was BURNT when I called to explain the manager said its timed.. its for the pizza to be dry & burnt!! NEVER again. I live, work & volunteer in my Township. Will NOT spend a penny in this establishment. Only because of the food & rudeness. Have a great day"

"Placed an order via phone for a party, in the last few days. This was the first time I’ve been on the phone for 8mins trying to place a small pizza order—constantly having to repeat back my order. I was told the order would be ready for pickup in 15mins. I went into the shop and found that my order was never inputted into the system. It took another 20mins of back and forth with the clerk & manager to get a new order placed in the system. I also ended up paying more than what my original phone total came to be; but I was too frustrated to continue haggling with a line of customers now out the door. The order was delivered to my house 30+mins later, but for all of the hassle, I will never go back to Jets."

"Divery driver was nice. Pizza tasted old and very Skippy on the toppings. Asked and paid for extra sauce and there was barely any sauce at all. Reminded me why I don't order from this location. Livonia location is much better"

"This place is horrible. I found two pieces of hair on my pizza that was delivered to me. I called and spoke with a manager and was told my pizza would be replaced at a later date when I wanted to get another one. I called to order a pizza and was told by the general manager Seven that my pizza would not be replaced. I spent $30 on a pizza that I could not eat because someone’s hair was on it. This store has horrible customer service. No one should be treated this way."
