"The only thing this place is good for, is oil changes and tire replacement. They blew up an engine, they took 7 months to replace the engine. And when they put the engine back in, they misaligned the steering wheel. Now I got an 1100 repair, for a dollar control arm, and a 125 tie rod end. And the steering wheel, still needs to come off the rack and pinion unit, and get realigned back to the center. These people honestly think that they're dealing with individuals who know nothing about cars. I'm a 30-year technician, I trusted these people. Because they told me, they would do a good job. And they didn't. Whoever is running that show over there, I think her name is renee, needs to find a new job..... I suggest McDonalds."

"I was disappointed when I got there, they did not have a rental car for me, when I specified that I would need one when I called for the appointment! They said the rental cars were all out and bragged about having a better service department than the Lexus & other dealerships in the area. If that's the case, then they need to allow for more rental cars to be available! They did give us a shuttle, although we were only going across the street, but had to find someone to drive us! We didn't want to walk because that is a very busy street & people have been killed there. (28th St) When it was time to pick us up, they sent a Uber. I mentioned to my friend that was with me that the next time I should buy a Lexus, they give her a vehicle at no cost & also wash her vehicle before returning it to her! This dealership does neither!"

"Yet again problems; 3rd time bring my 19 Tacoma in for tail light issues. All should be under extended warranty. Even the director lied to me. Whole place is full scam artist. No one communicates and never any notes they say, not organized. Last time they had my truck for 30 days, still sent me home with it broken."

"They don’t communicate very well, made an appointment and they didn’t have tech to fix my car. Then called me just before they close to pick it up so I had to wait another day. When I called for a courtesy rider I was told that they would get me an Uber but then said I would have to wait until Monday when the courtesy shuttle was available. Smh!"

"More of the same review that everyone else has given about service. Even though we have an appt for a simple oil change, it always takes at least 2 hours and they almost always try to upsale you on something. Their 3 pack of oil change/tire rotation is nice, but not sure it’s worth the huge time suck each time. We also recently purchased a used vehicle from them and getting them to respond to our calls/emails regarding removing GAP insurance and getting an item fixed was quite tedious and not yet resolved. We definitely won’t buy another vehicle from them."
