"Took my car here for the first time because the shop I normally go to doesn't do transmission services, however, it turned out to be something else! The service here was great. They got everything done in a timely manner and for a fair price. When they completed the inspection not only did I get a detailed digital estimate that described exactly what tests they did to my vehicle but it also included pictures of of my vehicle. Great first impression. And also their lobby/waiting room area was very clean."

"All Auto provided excellent service on my car. They responded promptly, their online system clearly outlined what they found and recommended, and they answered my follow-up questions over the phone. The final bill was less than the estimate, and they wrapped up the work quickly!"

"EDIT: I'm changing this, somewhat reluctantly. A higher up manager reached out to me and apologized for the issues, specifically the lack of communication, and offered me a discount because of my issues. The underlying issue of communication still remains and I feel it important to share the experience, however I am increasing from one star to two for the attempt to take care of this. I'm not increasing more because I don't know if these same actions would have been taken had i not done a review, and I think a store should improve regardless of whether a review exists or not. For starters, I had a previous review that was 3 stars improved to 4. The main issue there was communication. Just had my car fixed there. I had to ask when my car would be ready instead of them offering this info. End of day Thursday. I show up end of day Thursday and not ready. They actually cashed me out and almost let me drive off with my car with BAD BRAKE LINES. I complain about the lack of communication. No call or anything to tell me my car wouldn't be ready. They apologize and say ready tomorrow for sure, probably by morning. Morning is over, no call. I call and they say "well we didn't say morning. So end of day today." End of day comes and they ran into a problem. Going to be Monday. Monday morning comes and now, randomly, they claim my battery hasn't been holding a charge. Mind you, I started it Thursday to almost drive it off. Pretty confident they destroyed my battery at this point but no way to prove it. This is really unfortunate that the service here is so bad, because the actual mechanical work is usually quite good. their demeanor was more and more hostile as things went on like I was being unreasonable that I wanted good communication."

"Took my car to get a replacement engine, because they do good work. Been having problems since! Nun of my things under the hood was secure, missing bolts engine leaning. A part flew off my car from the engine took it back to the shop they told me it wasn’t from the engine when u clearly see it’s connected to the engine. Asked them several time to replace it because I’m under warranty. Nobody reached out not a word from the supervisor. They kept giving me the run around. Then I took it to have a second opinion and come to find out these people never put my protectors back on my car. Got my alternator replaced even though I knew better to take my car here again. Gave them another chance he’ll the alternator behind my tire is completely exposed!!! Like we’re are my screws and bolts?"
