"I am writing this review on behalf of Miss Doan, who lived at Georgian Manor apartments for two years. Our experience was extremely disappointing. The AC broke in the middle of summer, and it took a staggering 3 months to fix it. Additionally, the rent consistently had mysterious additional charges each month, making it unreliable and frustrating. While the maintenance team was friendly, the overall lack of service was evident. Surprise inspections or unannounced entries into our apartment were frequent, with notices given less than a day in advance or, in some cases, not at all. This lack of communication and consideration for tenants' privacy was unacceptable. The cleanliness standards at this establishment are regrettably subpar, manifesting in an environment that is overtly unsanitary and in dire need of meticulous attention. The pervasive lack of cleanliness throughout the premises raises considerable concerns, leaving patrons to question the overall hygiene and maintenance practices in place. To top it off, Miss Doan has yet to receive her security deposit back, even after 6 months of moving out. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Georgian Manor Apartments deserves a rating of 0/10 for their poor maintenance, unreliable rent practices, and lack of professionalism."

"Enjoyed this community when I stopped in! The double vanity is perfect for everyone to have their own space! Great size pool, maybe will enjoy it when summer comes!"

"This place is a absolute dump! Lived here for a year and couldn’t wait to leave! When I moved in the place was disgusting i waited two weeks they said they were going to paint so I had to wait I walked in to a dirty walls hand prints bunch of like splashes on the walls I took pictures and videos right away sent it to the office and their response was I’m sorry we can pain it this week so I painted my self! I had a headache for a week wasn’t feeling well then found out I had a gas leak their maintenance told me if I stayed another day I could of been dead and they didn’t care at all not even a phone call or I’m sorry I have it all in records! Garbage disposal broke they came in left a note told me not to use the garbage disposal they didn’t even change it! I had a neighbor upstairs who just moved in and was constantly partying I called them they didnt care !! Office is so ghetto so unprofessional they just want to collect money believe me when I tell you I have everything on record and they are horrible. Pool is never open they have been saying it will be open every week nope it wasn’t. They won’t ever come fix anything they don’t care so if you planning on moving there don’t! They’re is so many better places office staff I don’t know where they found them but they look like they came off the streets with the way they dress and attitude ! It’s really sad unfortunately I lived there for a year but I ran out of there second I got a chance !! DO NOT RENT HERE!"

"The customer service is great. The ladies in the office are super nice, especially Subria, who saved my butt twice! Went in there twice to inquire about a laundry card (never received one prior) and a mishap with the card machine. Both ladies were polite and tried to find the best solution for my problem. They ended up taking my name, apartment number, and amount I put in the machine down. I’m hopeful for a solution to this problem soon."
