"The hotel overall is beautiful. My only con is, no ice bucket, no ice machine, no extra pillows in the room. The room has a half kitchen with no utensils, and barely any amenities in the room such as lotion, soap, and shampoo. At night the lobby looks like a ghost town, it's extremely dark. As a Police Officer, it bothers me. I saw a guy sitting on the couch on his phone. If he wasn't, it would've been hard to notice him. I used to be security, accounts payable, front desk supervisor, and human resources at a Marriott. Our lobby never went dark and there was someone available for late travelers. I hate to say this but I'd stay next door at Tru because it felt more welcoming."

"Brand New Hotel close to Shopping and Entertainment. Very clean room, which included Full Size Refrigerator. Staff was attentive and kept the building and grounds immaculate. Would definitely recommend for short or long term stay."

"Pros: place is very new so everything is in great shape and very clean. For the price I paid, I don't think I could have found a better hotel. Cons: Bathroom light is motion sensitive and set for like 30 seconds, so it would shut off when I was in the shower or on the toilet. Extremely annoying. TV cuts out for 4-5 seconds every ten minutes it seems. Rooms have a stove top but no cookware or cutlery. I stayed for 7 nights and housekeeping came after night 2 to exchange my towels, then never again."

"This is a very nice hotel. The room was very spacious and it was ADA compliant, which was perfect for my wife. The counter staff is nice, there is a small gym, and the laundry facility is quite nice although a bit pricey. The downsides: There is no coffee pot in the rooms. The light switches are wired very weirdly -- unless a switch by the bed is on, the switch just inside the door doesn't turn on the proper overhead lights. The beverage machine on the 1st floor only has caffeinated beverages (plus 1 water selection), which isn't great for people that like to sleep. Finally, there is a Hilton hotel right behind WoodSpring and a nice little shopping center that has several restaurants near the road (Van Dyke Ave). Unfortunately, you can't get there from here. Instead of being able to cross into the Hilton parking lot from the picnic area behind WoodSpring and thus access the restaurants, there's a big drainage ditch full of water with no bridge. You either need to be a tri-athlete and go cross-country or head to the front of WoodSpring and take the long way, turning what could be a 200 yard walk into a mini-marathon."

"Excellent location near grocery, restaurants and easy access to highways. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is super clean, modern, and had everything my family of four needed for our extended stay. We will definitely keep recommendeing this hotel!"
