"Do not use this locations walk-in services. My last 5 cuts at this location have been terrible. Every time I've had a cut done the stylist has no idea how to cut men's hair. It's like the keep an untrained stylist on staff for walk-in business. If you do not know your stylist, do not come here. It's like this location doesn't want your business."
"I’m only giving the 1 star bc of Kai. She is great at cutting and understanding. Other than that…the place is ran horribly. Ppl who had appointments were still told they had to wait 45mins and walked out mad. Linda….the worst. She pushed my son’s hairline back like he’s a 60 yr old man….hes 9. And tried to charge me an extra $5 bc he had “long hair”. I don’t consider cutting an extra 1/2 inch of hair long. She just needs to admit she can’t cut hair. Sorry Kai, but we will not be coming back to see you. I wish u the best. Get outta that place, u are better than that horribly ran spot."
"So the southgate location is my usual go to, I’ve tried this Taylor location 2 separate times within 2 months and both times they told me the wait was 45 mins and both times i waited an hour and a half and just walked out after. My next review is 5 stars for the southgate location"
"I had Heather as my stylist, can say she’s very amazing at what she does. Takes her time making sure every small detail is taken care of and makes sure you walk out of there looking great! Very friendly and can keep a conversation, but her work speaks for itself and Lady Janes Taylor is lucky to have a stylist like Heather. Took her time on making sure my part was even, knew exactly how I wanted my hair from describing it and left me walking out with a smile. Highly recommend if you want your hair done right and to walk out with a smile."
