"I went into Ulta to purchase some makeup and perfume but I walked out after the older white woman didn't even acknowledge my presence she went out of the way to help other women who didn't look like me. I went to Macy's in the mall instead and received excellent customer service. Even though the rep was busy she still acknowledged I was there, and I spent a nice sum of money at Macy's."
"Today I came in looking for a lipstick that I had gotten a sample of. The only thing I knew was the name of the color. I had the brand totally wrong and wasn’t sure if it was a gloss/creme/matte. Despite the fact that I had almost no information, a wonderful associate figured it out so it could be ordered for me. This is exactly why I come here. Everyone is always so helpful!"
"Went to check out men's fragrances, but not sure if they have a problem with stock or loss management, but there were very few samples of the multitude of colognes that they carry. We ended up smelling what they had. My wife was going to get some moisturizer, but there was only 1 cashier, with about 15 people in line, so she put it back, and left."

From the second I walked into the store, Madison was so attentive and took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted from shape to shade. She was so nice and friendly and made the experience the best I’ve ever had getting my brows done. They turned out beautifully, better than I imagined. Don’t ever hesitate to get your brows done by her, her expertise is exceptional. Highly recommend."
