"My dream place! Perfect location. Fair rent. Energy efficient. Affordable utility bill. Quiet, I never hear my neighbors. Lake View! Beautiful place to call home! However, irresponsible pet owners are destroying the new carpets both in the elevator and hallways. Pets have destroyed the grass and leave messes in the walkways and even right outside the front door. The place would be perfect if there were no pets!"
"Going in my second year here… Quiet place to come home too. Not a whole lot of riff raff and everyone here is friendly. The lofts manager Valerie has gone above an beyond to keep this place in orderly fashion and maintain the lofts experience. I would recommend living here"
"They emailed and offered an apartment to me. I returned the email telling them I did want it, I called MANY times and emailed several times and got NO RESPONSE from anyone. I was doing EVERYTHING that I could to secure my deposit and was just ignored. I finally reached them after blowing up their phone to be told, "Oh I am sorry that unit is no longer available ". The way this initial interaction went, I would strongly advise to look elsewhere."
