"Had a great stay during the holiday break, despite the lack of snow fall. We were only able to ski one day in slushy conditions, but front desk kindly refunded us the second day lift tickets. Rooms were clean and tidy, and seem to have been recently renovated. The convenience of lockers and restaurants onsite and a clean Jacuzzi was super nice too. Looking forward to coming back later in the season once the snowfall picks up and temps are colder."

"Loved our stay after a friend's wedding. Would definitely visit again during the ski season. Hot tub and pool area was fantastic, and overall had a wonderful experience."

"Ok, Caberfae Peaks (the hills themself and staff members on the hills) are great but this hotel, not so. The pool is nice. The hot tub could use some chlorine and a clean. The rooms are cute, you get a cool balcony and a small tv with a mini fridge, and an extension cord for your devices. But the staff members (front desk people) are mean, not inviting, strict, and just doesn’t make you feel good. Over all the rooms are nice. But they do have small, small bathrooms. When needing more towels or more pillows you only have 6 for 2 queen beds. For me and my 5 member family need more. When going to the desk (they have no phones to call for room service) they told us we don’t get anymore pillows because we already had 6. To me any hotel should have enough pillows even if multiple people were staying In this room. When you first walk in, it’s a cute place, the restaurant is nice, pool looks nice but you can start to tell that the staff (front desk only) are rude and not nice. This is my second year staying her and I am only staying here for the east access to the hills. When purchasing and room you can also purchase a ski pass. Over all everything is great except for the front desk people. Thank You Michael"

"Extremly basic for the price they charge. Made and paid for reservations a month ahead of our stay, and 3 days before our date they informed us of a "policy change" which required an additional 100$deposit. Our only choice was to fork over another 100 or forfeit our room as it was inside the 2 week cancelation period. A few weeks later when we came back for our next trip, we stayed at Days Inn merely 15 min away for 1/2 the price, less hassle and still skiied open to close the full day we were there."

"We enjoy being onsite and the heated outdoor pool and hot tub and attached restaurant. There a good sized lockers for snow equipment. Having a room with a balcony is also nice if available! They’ve made some updates in the last year or so which was a big step forward from what was a beat down dorm room feel. The updated bathroom in our room was clean, new carpet in lobby, hall and stairs. Carpet in our room had some rips and age to it. Beds are not too comfy either, could be personal preference but the mattresses are not great quality; soft and could feel springs. There’s also very limited hooks for hanging clothes for a family of four when you come in off the hill or from the pool. We forgot beach towels for the pool, I’d recommend bringing your own as the shower towels are the size of a large hand towel and very poor quality. No small refrigerator which was fine by us as they have an ice machine and we put our cooler and such on balcony. They seem to be very strict about late checkout even when only a dozen and a half cars in the whole lot, on a recent Tuesday. Overall I’d recommend as Caberfae is a relaxed and fun place to ski and snowboard and isn’t currently as pricey as Crystal or other areas further north. If rates for tickets and rooms go up much more then we’ll look into the other resorts."
