"We used this company on the recommendation of a contractor during our renovation. High hopes, but were left slightly disappointed. Some pieces arrived damaged, and in order to rectify we'd have to send back and be delivered new ones, setting our project back an additional 3-4 weeks. The vent hood provided didn't fit, despite precise vent dimensions being provided upfront. A couple of doors sent were for the wrong size cabinets and couldn't be installed, causing us to wait 3 more weeks for replacements. For the price, it was convenient that the cabinets were pre-assembled, but the product quality and ability to leave customers fully satisfied surely is lacking."
