"Physically the rooms are showing age, certainly 'room for improvement' (kind of wished the mini fridge worked). Entry road was not marked and it was rather confusing to get to."
"While the bed was sort of comfortable ,the pillows were outrageously soft. There were 3 dirty washcloths in the shower and when i turned on the water I watched as a lot of long hairs were washed down the drain"
"We asked for an extra blanket and were told there were none, which was very strange and unfortunate. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower water pressure was great."
"Staying here now and there is no hot water to take a shower. They say they have recently updated this place and it looks like it but apparently they decided to not update the water heater. I was surprised to find out later in the day that if you want your room made up, you have to ask at the front counter for it to be done. They said this was implemented during covid which I could understand that but now it seems like it's a ploy to save money. Edited to say: morning of day two and again - no hot water. The water is as cold as can be coming out of the faucet. We are staying in room 129 - right by the side entrance. If they give you this room, you may want to ask for a different one, unless you enjoy knowing the coming and going of everyone else who uses the side door as it slams shut each time it's used. If you couldn't guess it by now - all of this is to say: I do not recommend staying here. I also want to add that scrolling reviews, I see someone left a review a year ago also saying they didn't have hot water. This leads me to believe this is an ongoing issue and the owners of this hotel don't care at all to solve it. Edited again to say: if you want to make it right, refund our money. I contacted the bbb about this in hopes that we could get resolution but the hotel won't reply back to them. That should tell anyone reading this what to expect when staying at this hotel"
"Clean& Quiet...nice exercise room friendly front desk staff...eateries close by. If ya don't want to be bothered with kids running around...well this the place for u! Lol O by the way the breakfast leaves alot to be desired...but other than that really nice place"
