"This place you can't rate it is so awful! They charge monthly water bills that cost more then I pay every 3 months and you can't drink it! Management is awful and does nothing for the upkeep of the apartments! Now rent is over $1000 for old and unkempt Apts! Management's general attitude is SLUM IT UP! HEAD MY WARNING DONT RENT!"

"Lived here for two years in a unit that had been updated. The apartment itself was good, but the unit we had a hard time keeping the humidity out, which led to dealing with mold quite a bit. Rodney, the maintenance guy, is very helpful and friendly. Property manager changed twice, so unsure if their is a turnover problem at Kensington. Some rough neighbors when we initially moved in but raising the rent has weeded out some of those types. Overall, a pretty good experience."

"I have lived here for two years. They have a really dedicated onsite maintenance worker-who goes out of his way to help residents out. The property is primarily people from 25-45 years of age, working professionals, with some smaller families, elderly, and single parents. Since I have been here, I have seen that people are friendly and stay to their own business. The property management is easy to contact and responsive. For the transition I have had between here and into my next, new home, I haven’t had any concerns, apartments have been upgraded:) Highly recommend."

"Yeah, so this place is genuinely terrible. My roommate and I had to go over to my parents' house whenever we wanted to shower for a couple months. Once it was fixed, the bathtub still didn't drain, and also puked up some sort of tar-like black goo. The kitchen sink also didn't drain. The dishwasher didn't drain, and leaked out the dirty water from dishes. The person who came to reglaze the tub didn't follow safety precautions and vent the apartment at all. The chemicals used are pretty toxic, and left my roommate and I with an awful cough and throat pain for two weeks, and stained the bathroom. Reporting this to the front desk didn't do anything. Their auto-pay system for rent just stopped working every few months, and wouldn't notify me. They had me pay a late fee for it each time."
