"It's taken far too long to write this review - but after 12 years of having our auto insurance handled with McKenzie Price I guess I can leave a very accurate review! I cannot say enough good about MP. Over 12 years time we've had a couple different agents we've primarily dealt with, in addition to conversations with others on staff, and it's always been pleasant, thorough, easy, and fully transparent. The auto insurance world is intimidating and often mind-numbingly frustrating, but the folks here somehow make it easy. Any policy changes, claims, and just general questions are all dealt with quickly (often immediately). The real cherry on top is that when the situation at hand is especially a bummer (like your parked car getting totaled by an uninsured drunk driver) they are kind and sympathetic in their communication and really go the extra mile to help you figure things out. When we started working with MP we were very young and didn't know a whole lot. Even then they were respectful and kind. So I genuinely don't understand how anyone could have a negative review of these folks. If they were as great with young 21 year old youths as they are with mid-30s, career established adults, they're just good folks who care. Thanks for everything, MP."
