"Now that Dr.Baker is no longer working here this office is a joke and I do not recommend anyone to be seen here! I was just there 3 weeks ago for a med review before Dr. Baker left which is I get my meds and a 3 month refill well her office informed me after 1 of my prescriptions didn't have a refill onit that I needed to see the new physician in order to get my medicine in which I was just there for less then a month ago... Spoke with Delores on the phone who is ignorant and needs to learn some respect kept trying to cut me off and wanted to tell me mind you who has been coming there for 8 years that I don't get 3month refills which is a lie..... DONT GO HERE GOOGLE ERIN BAKER AND FOLLOW HER TO HER NEW LOCATION"

"Been seeing Dr. Erin Baker for 7+ years. Highly recommend. She’s trustworthy, knowledgeable, compassionate and has exceptional bedside. I trust her enough, that she’s also became my 11 year old daughters PCP now! Megan, the nurse is excellent, kind, friendly and she’s been there for years. I fully trust her as well. The receptionist is polite and efficient. Now, Dr. Baker even offers virtual appointments for convenience! Love this office!! Completely have my family’s trust for our healthcare needs."

"Apparently my daughters dr no longer works here. I was never given any notice she was leaving. Whoever answered the phone n told me was rude as hell, and then they refused to tell me where the dr went and refused to see my daughter because her primary had left. Dr P was the only person in the building who seemed to do their job. Stay away from this place theyre shady."

"I've used this office for all 3 of my kids. Dr p is amazing. However due to lack of follow up and follow through. My son is lapsing in speech therapy and is now going to have to sit on a waiting list after I find a new doctor. His speech script was requested twice by his state caseworker, twice by the therapy clinic and 3 times by myself. No messages returned, no answers and no script. This is entirely unacceptable and an insult to a parent thats doing everything they can for their disabled children. Aside from the asinine wait times, this office has gone unimaginably down hill after a staff change. I understand covid happened, but this type of service is 100% unacceptable. We are finding a new office after this, it was the last straw."

"I’ve been coming to this office for over 5 years and I’ve always was treated amazingly well by Dr. Baker and her team. This last session was great, with my needing a typical physical done in a timely manner. Dr. Baker as always, knows the answer to most questions and is very personable/caring. There’s no other doctor I would rather visit. I highly suggest April as your nurse. She’s quick and efficient, while also explaining why certain things are done and what it will tell us. Highly recommend this office. You might be missing out if you don’t switch to them."
