"Having pain - numbness- trigger point pain and not able to function normal life for almost 2 years. I was referred to Dr Sullivan by my PT , when all my other doctors were unable to successfully treat my condition after an injury. I had seen many specialist and had travel many places, spent a lot of money , and still no clear answers how to treat my pain. I was feeling a bit lost and did not want to except that this would be my new normal. Dr Sullivan was able to walk me through what steps were needed and his conservative approach to treatment options. I’m very happy I kept doing treatments and working with him to find the path to being pain-free. It’s not a quick fix - nor did everything work like we wanted it to. I stayed focus on taking small steps and communicating with him on what the next step would be. Going from 13+ pain to being pain free in less than a year - I appreciate Dr Sullivan for his research and not giving up to find the answers to my condition. "Absolutely the Worst. Kyle A Griffin, Dr. Wangs PA knew absolutely nothing about real world interactions & effects of pain meds, sloppy bedside manner and nothing about needles or managing pain long term. His sales pitch was to INSERT NEEDLES & BURN the NERVES in my Back.. Along with more uneccesary INJECTIONS (I already had 2 years of injections...). Do NOT let these people DAMAGE you!! I walked out and they were FIRED Instantly!"

"Some select person/s on the administrate staff are unprofessional and over bearing. The doctors should rein them in. I had a several minute go-round about a request for information on back pain information. I was immediately contacted by an untrained, rude, uninformed lay person saying I had to come in for counseling immediately. The drug I asked about was non-narcotic, non opioid. When I went in the PA who starts the appointment asked the normal questions and I told her that the person that called me was not qualified to do her job and is exposing the practice to slander and possible law suits by using a mindless bull in a China shop method. The PA stuck up for the employee. I said you just lost a patient and walked out. They kept billing me and I kept sending them a note “services not rendered in a manner consistent with practices defined by stated protocols”. The doctor was 5 star. I can’t believe he put up with that nonsense. He was the antithesis of of those rough necks on his staff."
