Hung up on, refused to let me speak with licensed professional. Refused to even give the name of the vet in charge of my pet's care. Unbelievable!!!"

I love this place they explained everything about my dogs issues and made sure I was comfortable before leaving they also didn’t try to take advantage by testing other areas before it was needed .. 100% recommendation I had Dr. Schwab"

"Really disappointed with the service I received at Banfield. I saw a coupon for a free first exam so I decided to bring our new kitten. However all they did was try to add tons of costs for different treatments and annual plans without even giving our kitten an exam first. When I told them I just needed the exam because we cannot afford all the things they tried pressuring us to buy, they just handed the kitten back and sent us on our way. They didn’t even exam the kitten, take his weight or anything. I mean what even is the point of offering an exam if you’re not even gonna start with that? Vet techs were judgemental and not thorough at all. The doctor didn’t even come out to speak with us. Overall feeling like a waste of time and a scam. Will never work with this vet again. I recommend you save your energy!"
