"Booked an appt to have my one year old lab spayed. Was quoted a price if she was under X amount of lbs. assumed she would weigh more than that anyways. Day of, she did. Amazed me how price for everything went from like $300 to almost $850. Yes, we did add in bloodwork but that was not that expensive. We were also told that our dog was in heat during time of procedure and was charged extra for that. After getting our dog back and following ALL steps provided from vet, our dog is still bruised and the scar looks HORRIFIC. we have have other dogs spayed in the past and nothing has ever looked as bad as this. Contacted the vet to inquire about this and they said she looked “dirty” and that the pigmentation will probably remain. They asked for us to send pics to monitor her progress. Feels like after a month she should be 90% healed. 0 stars for price and for outcome."

"I accompanied my cousin who is wheelchair bound to this vet to get her pup checked out and we had a very good experience. They were able to see us on very short notice which was awesome! The building was beautiful & clean, inside & out, as well as handicapped accessible. We saw 3 people while there, a receptionist who showed us to the exam room, a nurse who got all the info on what was going on with the dog, and the doctor who examined her and diagnosed her. They were all great! Very friendly, welcoming, and passionate about what they were doing. Another positive was that for the exam & treatment the cost was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area in need of veterinary services."

"Could not have asked for a better place to take our dog. They were so accommodating to our schedule and the care and compassion we have received from this wonderful office is truly unforgettable. We unfortunately had to have our dog put down because he was such an old man. We were very devastated. They had a cozy and comfortable room prepared for us. There was relaxing music playing quietly, a jar of goodbye kisses to give to our dog and the services they offered afterwards were also very affordable. They walked us through the entire process, making sure we knew each step and assuring us our boy wouldn’t be in any pain. It’s been less than two weeks since our visit there and we have received our sweet boy Frank back, along with a little keepsake and today we received a condolences card from the office staff. They truly went above and beyond for our family and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you for all you’ve done. You are truly appreciated."
