"Had the pleasure of dining at Ruby Tuesdays recently and had Ashley as our waitress. She was a breathe of fresh air…very courteous, informative to questions we had about the menu, no pressure on upselling side items, knowledgeable in every aspect about Ruby Tuesday! Ashley truly made our dining experience one of the best we have had at this establishment!"
"Super small portions with high prices. Won't be returning anytime soon. One person in our party ordered scallops and asked to not take the sides and have the salad bar instead. $23 for 8 individual bites of scallops and $6 extra for the salad. Another person ordered coconut shrimp with no sides and wanted salad bar instead. $13 for 5, yes I said 5, shrimp and $6 for the salad bar. A third person ordered ribs and mashed potatoes for $19 with the $6 added on salad bar. The ribs with one small scoop of potatoes were the smallest things we'd ever seen. The ribs looked like an appetizer and the potatoes were cold and came with no butter or sour cream. He asked for butter which came later as a block of ice after his potatoes were gone. I ordered the $13 salad bar. The overall taste of the food was good but their prices for the serving size are not reasonable. The salad bar charge of $6 with an entree is not that unreasonable if the size of the portions would be worth it. The salad bar itself is good but it would be nice if there was at least one type of soup offered when you're paying $13."
"The staff were friendly and attentive. The salad bar had a great selection and the broccoli cheddar soup was good. I did not order an entree but those in my party that did enjoy them."
"I stop in for lunch time to time passing through. Food is always delicious, especially the Garden Bar. My server could have been much more attentive, but I'm beginning to think it's the new normal of the younger generation, not ambitious, hates the world, etc etc. I waited forever for my drink to be refilled, I ordered the sticky ribs, did not get extra napkins, took forever to take away dirty plates I used for the garden bar, took forever to cash me out and bring a box for leftovers. I could understand if it was busy, but it was very slow. I kind of disappointed with this visit. Hopefully next time is better."
