"I decided to check out American Mattress as it’s a new location and I am in need of a bed. I was the only customer in the store, and was treated with disrespect from the beginning. I was greeted with a poor attitude from an old man, speaking to me like I was stupid for asking questions even after I informed him I haven't bought a mattress in years and didn’t know if things have changed. He didn’t like that I asked if the medium was actually a medium as it felt softer than the soft bed. You should really consider taking a customer service class. As someone who works in customer service, I would not recommend visiting this location."
