"Need to work on customer service skills. I went to a desk to ask a worker for assistance. I pulled up the item on my phone, he let me know that it is not something they stock in that store. He mentioned I can order it, I thought that was my only option, so I went along with it. We stood at the service desk for 10 minutes with no luck of ordering it. He didn't know what he was doing, he had to keep asking for help. Finally I asked another worker what other stores might have my item. She let me know a store close by has 18 in stock. I left this home Depot after wasting my time, empty handed. I might consider going to the other location, but not sure I really want to give my business to people who treat me this way, I'll probably shop else where."

"I would give ZERO stars if I could. Absolutely ridiculous delivery service. Ordered a dishwasher almost a month ago now.. the first delivery date was supposed to be 12/1 but the drivers said that they couldn’t access our house when in fact they NEVER showed up and I took the day off of work to sit at home all day for them to lie about delivery. Then was rescheduled a delivery date TWO weeks later and they just showed up to deliver it and it was severely dented. I want to cancel my credit card with them and take my business elsewhere."
