"Now that I’m out of this office and not pressured to put in a review following a procedure & before I can exit the chair I have chosen to amend my review. Everything I had done at this office has to be revised by another dental office. My fillings & my crown have not even lasted 2 years and all need to be replaced. Very disappointed to say the least. This place also makes up its own rules to getting your own medical records when you request them, then says it’s HIPAA."

"I absolutely love this place! They all are so nice and considerate. They don’t try to talk down to you about poor decisions you’ve made, they instead talk about how they can help. They were very professional and advanced with their technology as well. I was amazed at the 3D views of my jaw, all the different types of X-rays they performed, and how willing they were to explain and help you understand the treatments and the process. I am from a small town about 3 hours north of New Era and, after my consult, I was willing to drive to continue with my treatments with them. My favorite thing about them I believes was their spirit and how you could tell they want to be proud of their work and actual treat you correctly. They do not do simple fixes that will only cause you to be a continued patient and not actually treat the issue fully. For example, I had a few fillings that were so large I should have been recommended by a previous dentist to get a crown instead they did a filling. Now I need a root canal in that tooth and a crown or get it pulled. I definitely believe you would be amazed and happy if you chose New Era Dental! :)."

"New Era is amazing. I tried them out because I switched my insurance plan and when I checked out their reviews I was pleased with them. Went for my first visit and it lived up to everything I was thinking, everyone is conversational, the place is clean and nice! The front desk staff made me feel welcomed and my Dental Assistant Ta’shauna was amazing too! They explained every step that they were doing in order to keep me informed. This place is a 10/10!
