"One. It's Chick-fil-A. Standards are higher to begin with. The one in Traverse City is new. Takes time to break in the equipment, people, and educate the public on what's offered and how it's done. This unit has gotten past the break in time and runs like a Rolex. Love the Cob Salad."
"This isn’t my first time here. Every time we come here we are never disappointed. Today 12-12-2023 they miss a 8ct nuggets and they got it to me which I get they get busy and gave us a cookie for not giving to us. Plus the employees are just amazing and friendly all around. Also they are filling big time better than any other fast foods."
"I wanted to know what all the hype was about, was the food really as good as everyone says? The food was good, but nothing spectacular. Was pretty disappointed to find that my chicken sandwich didn't have sauce, not sure if that's just how the place runs or what. Also lots of rubber bits in my tenders. The menu was very limited, which disappointed me a lot. The service was okay, was brushed off quite a bit, but the place was busy so I can't hold it against the workers too much. Overall good food, but not worth all hype I hear on it. I will say though, best waffle fries ever."
"Amazing, friendly staff. Orders are timely and accurate. I ordered drive thru on Monday night, 8:15 pm and was given extra chicken tenders to take home. This speaks to the kindness of the staff this location. We just had a baby and this was a lifesaver of quick and easy food for us when we're tired/unable to run out. Thank you!!!!"
"What can I say - typical top-tier service and great food quality. Harrison was our cashier and handled my large family order with ease and professionalism. Dining room was super clean and medium busy. It’s fun to watch the drive-thru area - so chaotic yet organized. Top marks for this location. Good job Chris and team!"
