"Good food, custard is also nice. Their butter burgers are gross unless you add BBQ, as they're too dry and the strong greasy butter flavor comes through alone, but then they're the BEST fast-food burgers. I love their butter burgers, albeit with BBQ... Crinkle fries are always a hit in this family. Cheese curds even more so."
"Stopped in on my way home from the airport to grab a double deluxe burger and onion rings. The consistency of the quality across all locations is very impressive. This location provided convenience and quality. The ddb is a smash burger style that's crispy and juicy and the onion rings a golden crispy. No need for a drink as everything goes down perfectly although a courtesy cup of water is the perfect chaser to cleanse the pallet after you've enjoyed the meal."
"Went to Culver’s due to their ad. Food made to order just the way you like it Asked for a burger coked medium. It came dry and burnt. Took it back and asked for a burger medium. The manager said the could not do that. Explained their ad that said cooked just the way you like it. I said I like mine medium and if you cannot do that then you are using false advertising. The burger was thin and dry. Looked nothing like the tv ad. Poor quality Culver’s."
"Wonderful! Absolutely the best fast food in Traverse City! The restaurant was very busy on 10/13/23. The young man at the counter welcomed us with a great smile, took our order, thanked us for dining in! What a great attitude! Our order was correct, fast, hot and delicious! I was completely IMPRESSED! Thank you for making my vacation a little better. I did not get the man’s name, but I was at Register 2 at 6:03:09 pm. Order ID: AAA2VLTNAEDZ Thank you for your service and delicious food!!"
"The food is always good. We love just about everything on the menu except the fish sandwich it's lacking a little flavor. The cheese curds are a must have if you like fried cheese. My Ruben the meat was plentiful and tender. The service was great everyone was pleasant and did a great job."
