"Asked for a quote, picked them as they were recommended for good service on city website and I heard Farm Bureau has good insurance within Michigan . Poor response, filled out their forms... never got a quote. This was last email I got "I apologize for the delay- Our home evaluation system has been down all day. I was hoping it would come back up by end of day and it doesn’t seem like it has. As soon as the system is up and running I will get your risk management analysis done.... That was 3 weeks ago.. Don't waste your time with this guy. Update: After I posted this review I did get an email back."
