"I had a great experience here. I was nervous based off some of the reviews but I was seen AT my appointment time. The lab was very clean and I felt very comfortable. Monique drew my blood and she made it an amazing quick experience. She is a super kind and genuine woman!"

"Technicians that work here do not seem have any value for peoples time. I made an appointment and arrived 10min earlier and found the place absolutely empty. The screen in the room showed that 0 patients are being served and only my name was on the list. Two people came out and asked my name and went back in but none wanted to serve. I could hear people inside just having casual conversations but none to attend. I had to wait more than 30min in an empty room with none served inside before someone decided to do their job. Pathetic!!!"

"I've never walked out of a medical appointment before, but I'm glad I did. Waited for 45 minutes past my appointment time for a fasting blood panel. As soon as she called me back, the rudeness and aggression began. Even though she has my orders in front of her, she couldn't fathom that I wasn't there for a drug test - just a health screening. She said she had never seen such tests before (hemoglobin A1C, etc... Pretty basic as far as blood work goes). Called me over to the computer to look at my own orders and explain to her what they meant. Extremely unprofessional, belligerent, condescending, and likely discriminatory. I got up and left, because I will not let someone who is actively treating me in that manner put a needle into my arm, especially when they've never heard of basic blood work. I had to call and reschedule, and I requested to file a complaint, but never received a follow up email. I don't think they actually bothered putting the information I gave them through."

"My visit to Quest was surprisingly quick and pleasant. I had read some not-too-fabulous reviews so I wasn’t expecting much but check-in for my appointment was quick on the kiosk and I was kept up-to-date on my status by the television screen where we could see how many people were waiting. There were three people in front of me but I only waited less than 15 minutes until I was called in. The woman that took my blood was very friendly and reviewed my insurance to make sure everything was covered. The whole thing only took 25 minutes. Highly recommend!"
