"Although Lange Flooring has many good reviews, we have chosen not to purchase anymore flooring from them after our recent experience. Nathan was very kind and helpful with our selection at the store. We believe the carpet should have been installed with the pile direction sweeping TOWARDS the door (for appearance and per the Shaw carpet technician). Scott (owner) saw no issue, so it is what it is, unfortunately. Attached are pictures of how it was installed with the pile direction sweeping AWAY from the entrance (thus showing all foot traffic). End of story :/"

"Customer service was great when it came to us picking out carpet and our installer was timely and friendly. We came home and noticed the carpet seemed different than what we had thought it would look like and we compared it with the sample we came home with and the wrong carpet was installed. They denied that this happened and insisted that this was the carpet I had chosen, even though you could clearly see it was different. As you can see from the photo below I wanted carpet with a warmer tone and brown what was installed was nice but had more grey than what I wanted. For the price that we paid we would have hoped what was installed would have at least been what we picked out. After further conversations Lange did end up trying to make things right and sent us a partial refund of what we had paid."
