"This is one restaurant that you should totally avoid at all cost! First of all the cashier is beyond rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. The place is extremely nasty and appears to be cleaned every other year! On top of that the food is horrible! I'm not surprised that I never see anyone there and it's for good reason! You have been warned! If you want bad service from a rude staff and nasty food then this is the place for you!"

"Couldn't wait to get home to get some Chili Cheese Fries. Many places to choose from but T&J was most convenient in the direction we were going. Let me say I was not disappointed."

"I ordered a "D" burger. I was given a burger cooked medium. When I called to speak to the manager, the phone was given to a line cook. He told me he was "too busy" to handle my concern about my undercooked food and that I needed to return my burger in order to get a refund. He also stated that "nobody ordered a D burger that day" as if i were lying. I asked him if I could just take a picture and come in the next day for a partial refund. He was adamant and the rudest person I've ever talked to in the restaurant industry. When I got there, I was treated like trash. The cook, Jeffrey, who was the person I spoke to on the phone, told me that he couldn't give me a refund, after throwing said burger in the trash because he couldn't "see it". When I asked for the owner, he told me he was the owner. I told him to look in the trash can he threw it in or review my pictures. After arguing, I got my refund and he told me to never come back. The cashier was extremely rude as well and had many underhanded comments to offer. Extremely unprofessional."

"The only reason this place is getting one star is because I can’t give it no stars. This place is soooooo unprofessional. The owners use black workers to their advantage and the workers don’t even recognize that. There should most definitely be some type of black power movement in the parking lot here!!!! One of the owners/ cooks was very discerning when I voiced my opinion about the changes to the menu. I went in to place an order on the old menu but got charged NEW menu prices. That is against the law in Michigan. The owner/cook then removed the old menu and replaced it With the new menu. As a consumer, I should’ve been honored the old prices. These type of people take advantage of oblivious people that don’t think they know the law or right from wrong. There are soooo many other establishments to visit. This one, I will be contacting the BBB."
