Pediatric Dentistry of Brighton

"I'm not sure how this place can call itself a dental office. My son, who is now 17, apparently had "no cavities" while he was under the care of this dental office. Then we went to our dentist, and were told that he had 12 cavities, and may require a root canal on a tooth. How does this happen? It had only been 8 months between visits. The hygenist said this happens all too often. Pediatric dentists do not treat cavities as they should."

"Don’t take your children here. 1st they dropped an iPad on my child’s face and she now has a permanent scar and they said, “sorry here’s an extra pencil”. 2nd my son had to get a cavity filled and they said to raise your hand if it hurts and you need us to stop. He raised his hand and they said “just hold him down, we need to get this done”. I was told that lady was fired so we went once more. This time they said I wasn’t allowed in the back for the procedures bc I had my 3rd child with me and that would be against hipaa. Not family friendly and a terrible representation of what going to the dentist should be."

"I have been coming to this practice for years for many reasons. My oldest is now 16 and my youngest is 6-they love coming here! The office is clean and the staff are always welcoming and professional. They make my kids feel comfortable and they go the extra mile to answer my questions in regards to treatment, billing/insurance coverage and and are always accommodating in getting my kids appointments together - which has been very helpful as a single, full time working mom. 110% recommend!"

"Such a great practice! My girls have been coming here since age 2 and we have had such great care from the staff and doctors! The front office is super professional and do well with keeping us in the know if there is any delay. I have twins which aren’t always easy to get scheduled at the same time. Which I’ve never had an issue with this! I have one daughter with no issues ahd the other needs cavity management so we are there for more than just our bi-yearly cleanings! We were recommended from my sister that takes her daughter and we’ve been happy with our choice and make the drive from Clarkston for this office! Thank y’all for taking such great care of my babies!"

"I have had the pleasure of 2 of my children being patients with Brighton pediatric dentistry. My son started their 20+ years ago and now my daughter. Office has moved and staff has changed. Like every industry everyone is Short staffed and trying their best. Office manager is always helpful to the staff, trying to assist in everyday tasks. I always feel very educated on what is best for my daughters dental health and why. My daughter feels very comfortable with all the staff which makes going so much easier on Momma. Staff from the time we walk in the door until we left definitely deserve the 5 stars I gave them. Have recommended them to many other parents that tell me how happy they are with the dental experience their kids have"
