"This place is amazing, and I highly recommend them. They have been so great with my husband each time we have gone. I am thinking of switching my kids to this place too even though they are 45 minutes away from home."

"I was panicking regards to my bridge came loose and fell out. I called to set up appointment. They were able to get me right in. Before my appointment I had seen so many negative reviews and bad experience from patients. I felt I could at least give them a chance I was desperate to get my bridge out back in. At my appointment I felt they were thorough by doing an extent amount of pictures of every angle, etc.The consultation was the dentist informed me the end results is I would have to pay thousands to take care of other things that were found before they could fix the issue I came in there with. I have a dentist I go to regularly. They talked me into getting a credit card. I am still having problems getting this taken care of. I feel they do not put the patients needs first. They find things wrong to get as much money as they can get. I would recommend not going here. I went through the same exact issue 90% of others already went thru."

"My experience with my visit on 02/05/2024 was like a bad drive through, get them in and out as fast as possible and move on to the next patient. Before anything began I made the dentist and her assistant aware of my fear and anxiety with dental work. I requested gas for the appointment and was told this particular Dr. was not allowed to administer it. I had an extraction of an infected molar, when I said I was not interested in an implant or bridge and from that moment moving forward was a nightmare. The dentist used her finger to rub a numbing gel on my gum and immediately started the shot of the numbing agent not giving the oral gel time to work. Due to the infection I was in extreme pain and while I was crying out in pain she never stopped the injection even though I was making it clear I was in distress. She simply told me I’d be fine. After the injection she immediately began the extraction, I was not fully numb, again no time was given to allow the medication to work. Again I made it clear, it was not just pressure I was feeling but pain she continued on. After the procedure I was not given antibiotics to prevent infection, I was told to return if it becomes swollen. This was a horrific experience, and if I am being completely honest even if the service were free I would never use Aspen dental or refer anyone else to use Aspen Dental in Brighton Michigan again."

"My physical experience with Aspen Brighton was very pleasant and all of the staff was very educated and knowledgeable. The reason I gave 4 stars was because of the scheduling conflicts I've had to deal with. When you call to make an appointment you get a call center that doesn't have the correct schedule for this location. My suggestion is to call the office directly."
