Key fob entry to buildings.Security on weekends. Security cameras everywhere for safety. Great apartment!"

"I lived at Lake Pointe for 17 months and I can honestly say that the maintenance crew was responsive. The office staff is polite, professional and accommodating. The building just got acquired by Princeton Management so they have been upgrading the property. The residents very from all over the world, I have met Europeans, Indians, Latinos, All types of Americans live there too. The store on the edge of the lot is convenient. I did enjoy the river view and the playground for my son 3 minute walk behind the parking garage. All utilities were included when I stayed there and my rent was just under 1k. It's not in the center of Ypsilanti and that's what I liked as well."

"Lived here almost two years I like it people leave you alone. fairly quiet for such a large place. Maintenance is nice and so are the ladies in the rental office -wish they'd update the play yard so the kids could have more fun - view of the lake is great and stores are close- LakePoint used to be called crack Towers but not anymore they managed to clean out the junkies and improved security so it's one of the best secured spots In Ypsi a good place for small families or for anyone looking for a nice place to live"

"Nice size apartment, well mine anyway. The office manager Joe Ellen is a sweet lady she is always going above and beyond for me ,if you keep to yourself that makes the experience here so much more better! The secretary lady is nice as well!"

"WORST place I ever lived. If I could rate this place a zero I would give it 0+ okay where do I begin? Firstly, the current property manager is extremely unprofessional. All the property manager does is sit in her small cubicle in front of a security monitor and watch tenants ALL day. She (J.S. )also allows maintenance, others to enter tenants units without their consent. Maintenance is shady. Office staff, maintenance, corporate all are shady from bogus fake work orders to enter apartments when tenants are not home, maintenance stealing out of units, including food. I'm not going to throw out names but they know who they are. Creepy maintenance(who stole a tenant trash & put it in his truck- who steals trash?) yeah didn't think I saw that , sneaking in/out of units. Property manager giving law enforcement permission access to target certain tenants with fake warrants sneak/peek searches. (this is all illegal), property manager sharing & discussing confidential info. Of tenants. She should be held accountable because some of these things goes against HUD and constitutional rights & policies. A lot of the people that live there won't speak up because hey can't afford to move to somewhere better. Everything included(utilities) comes with a price. I regret the day I sign my lease it was a nightmare, living Hell. I rather be homeless than live there. They did ridiculous inspections every other week, change filter, change smoke detectors, inspect this/inspect that. I counted over 10 inspections in less than a year and according to HUD they said that's not necessary. Constant intrusion & corporate did nothing, didn't comply to tenants rights. Someone needs to come in and clean house get rid of that unprofessionally wicked, evil property manager, get rid of shady maintenance all are sorry and need to be reported to local news. I wonder how the property manager sleep at night? If only her family really knew how she conduct herself at work. UNPRFESSIONAL they all should be held accountable because what they have done is illegal, unethical and I will not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!!!!! SHADY .... Oh by the way I was a great tenant, paid rent on time, never late, my unit always clean, and never cause trouble and had no issues with other tenants. 0 ⭐️'s"
