"This company is amazing They recently installed a new furnace into my home, y'all mine was on it’s last leg and I definitely waited too long to get it done. However my experience with them was exceptional. Melissa answered all my questions when I called in and I had a lot. Then the consultation went very smooth. The tech was young but extremely thorough, they trained him well. The install was smooth and I turned my heat up to 78 because I wanted to feel it all..lol I just really appreciate them taking care of me. Y'all have a customer for life!"

"I had never heard of Air Doctors until my furnace went out the last few days. I googled Heating and Cooling Company's in my area to see possibly which one would come out after 7pm, since they advertise 24 hour service, which is a joke! I left my name, address, and phone number with their answering service, along with a detailed reason for my call. She said she would forward my call to the company to see if a tech could be dispatched out to my home. I should have known that they weren't going to come out that late. False advertising for sure. There is no such thing as 24 hour service. It's just a way to get you to leave your information. But, today is Wednesday, January 24, 2024, and it's 11:20 am and I have yet to receive a call from anyone from this company. Looking at their website, it appears they only like to work in Oakland County. I do not need your service at this time. I have a reputable, local company coming out that I was referred to. I would never refer Air Doctors Heating and Cooling for sure."

"11/13/23— Company had to come out again to check on some noise from Furnace, Jim pointed out right away what is was & assisted in correcting and resolving it. He was once again, very pleasant and professional, and timely. 1019/23–Was referred to this company by my consumers energy service plan and was Very impressed with the services provided by Air Doctors. Their technician, Jim Morasso, was very pleasant and professional. He called to let me know he was on his way to look at my furnace, figured out what was wrong immediately. Stated he would order the parts and probably call me back in two days which he did. Installed the inducer motor timely, efficiently & made sure there were no other issues. Really appreciated the professionalism and timely response, definitely recommend using this company!! (will definitely request to have Air doctors for any future servicing)"

I was having an issue installing a new fan and he completely understood the issue and fixed it. Very satisfied with everything. Thomas was knowledgeable, kind, and friendly."

Completely checked out our system, all the burners, boiler, PSV, CO levels, and gave us the step-by-step guidance to keep it oiled, flushed, and running for another 50 years!
